This website and its content are copyright of CIMAC Marketing. All rights are reserved. Any kind of duplication and reconstruction of parts or all of the content is strictly prohibited. - Code of conduct:
You must not copy or adapt the content in any way.
You must ask for our permission to print any content in papers or anywhere else.
You must not use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior permission.
You must not duplicate, copy, or use our logo anywhere without our permission. - Contract:
You agree to the following points of the contract:
The date of commencement of the services will be agreed on by both parties and so are the charges.
Monthly performance reports of the services will be offered to the clients.
Either of the parties may cancel or switch to another service provider with prior notice of at least 10 business days.
CIMAC Marketing reserves the right to subcontract a third-party service provider for some services.
Anyone who is not a party to the contract shall not have any right under or in connection with it. - Fees:
You agree to pay monthly fees to CIMAC Marketing to cover the online advertising and marketing service you opt for. Also, CIMAC Marketing may change the maximum monthly fees of the services from time to time as per the need. We will notify you every time that happens. - Payment:
You agree to clear the payments on the final day of each month for all the services you opt for from the company. Any new contract that starts on any other day than the 1st day, must pay a prorated fee for the rest of the days in that month. Invoices will be provided by or on the 15th of each month. Payment can be made online or offline by the last day of each month. However, if you fail to do the same within the stipulated time, the services may be paused until you clear the dues. - Term:
The CIMAC Marketing Contract mentions that the initial term will not be less than a period of 12 months. All agreements are subjected to auto-renewal after the end of the current term. After the initial agreement, either of the parties can cancel the agreement with a 30 days prior written notice to the other party. - No Guarantees:
You agree that CIMAC Marketing makes no guarantee or warranty regarding any service provided, including placements of PPC ads or your desired results. Also, CIMAC Marketing doesn’t guarantee the number of calls, clicks, impressions, or traffic generation from the PPC ads with respect to any search query.
