Clients can contact their assigned Point of Contact (POC) at CIMAC Marketing or send an email to salesteam@cimacmarketing.com to obtain a refund. Our sales team will initiate the refund procedure by contacting the client over the phone, WhatsApp, or email as soon as they get the request. To provide a seamless processing experience, clients must include justification for their refund requests.
3. Refund Timeline
At CIMAC Marketing, refund requests are usually handled in three working days. Convenience and satisfaction are guaranteed since the refund will be given using the customer’s chosen payment method.
4. Conditions and Exceptions
There are certain circumstances in which a refund may not be granted. A refund might not be given if the client used the shared resources or services after the task was completed. In addition, in some circumstances, partial refunds are offered for services that have only been partially completed.
